Screen Printing
Screen printing is the best method to use when the volume of garments is high and the image is a spot color image. In screen printing, every color needs it own screen, every light color ink on a dark color fabric needs a white under layer.
  • More casual and economic way to decorate clothing.
  • Lower overall cost
  • Vector graphic file is required
  • Higher density ink
  • Low cost screens
  • Minimum of 12 items (same color ink)
Sublimation is a heat released gas ink that imbeds into coated materials.  It only works on light colors and Poly fabrics.  But the full color printing is embeded into the fabric not sitting on top giving it a more comfortable feel.
  • No minimum quantity
  • NO vector file
  • No screens
  • High resolution graphic JPG, PNG or PDF
Heat press vinyl is the most economical and quickest option to decorate a shirt. The heat press method is restricted to one or two colors per design and suitable to only certain types of material.

Your desired design is cut from a high quality vinyl and added to the garment by the use of a heat press machine. Our heat applied vinyl is very durable and is bonded with improved adhesive so that your design will not peal away in the wash.

This option is generally used for numbers and names on team shirts but can also be used for sponsor logos and chest logos.

We stock a generous supply of heat apply vinyl in various colors. Supplementary colors are available with notice.
